Absolutely amazing experience! It was our anniversary and the hotel was extremely nice, they upgraded our room to a fabulous cottage and gave us complementary fruit and wine, as well as 2 cocktail vouchers at the bar. The service was great, breakfast was delicious and high-quality. The pool is huge, all the amenities are fabulous.
We would love to return on our next anniversary and spend more time in that amazing cottage.

Started with a 1-star review but ended up with a final 5-stars, thanks to the great effort from Hotel Management to improve our stay.
Booked and stayed in Family Suite for one week.
The stay did not start well (mostly due to lack of service available during night shift). But after discussing with the Hotel Management, they committed to improve our stay, which they successfully did. The Hotel Staff were greatly involved to make the change happened.
Overall, the venue is spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has wide range of choice and quality food. Location is great, by the beach with quiet surroundings. Most restaurants and shops are not far of reach (on My Khe beach).
Glad to change my review from 1 to 5 stars. Will come back here again to relax and chill in family.
Rather old hotel but comfortable and clean. Food is delicious enough. Probably 4 stars + hotel level, not 5 stars in my view. I would recommend it for majority of people.
Great beach spot and a lovely pool to relax by. Reasonable prices for a day pass and a good happy hour.
why is it so hard to make a call with room booking team? I called 3 times and met a receptionist then they transferred my call to booking department but no one picked up my phone. I have never had a chance to stay in Pullman Danang before but this experience makes me feel horrible at the very first time.
