in this office buildung 80% working days are in in construction. you will never be informed wann beginn the construction, wenn it will be finished. Just hear the noises from morning to evening. The administration of this office buldigung also don´t know, what means "Planung", for example, you are a normally office company, you need quiet, but your Neighbor is a dance school. The greatest advantage here is, cargo lift, storage.
A great district development with all facets of daily life. The rustic charm of the traditional site remains absolutely authentic and blends in perfectly with the new uses of the building. In my opinion one of the best and greatest developments in Bremen in recent decades. Kudos to everyone who contributed to it and of course to the many users who are just beginning to bring this location to life!
A lot of money is and has been put into the hand to make the place attractive!
