Friendly and helpful staff across the board. For years I was always given competent advice and treated fairly.
I had a problem with the lock on my rented garage. After I reported a call, a craftsman contacted me about 15 minutes later, was not even 1 hour later at the garage and exchanged the lock - all on a Friday afternoon. In addition, he has made the entire gate move and eliminated the annoying squeak when opening. I am very satisfied and can recommend Atrium Immobilien.
Do not invest! Have not had a bell for a year! Just be comforted! Visit must call when he is at the door! Post / parcels do not arrive!
Conclusion: Not exactly recommendable!
Very friendly staff, who always and quickly take care of all matters. Especially Mr. Dresch ** is a very nice person. I highly recommend this property management.
