Simply WOW! From the communication before the stay, to the arrival and the super nice staff, perfect score! Great, modern & beautiful hotel in the "middle of nowhere" on the slopes. Extremely friendly staff. The highlight is clearly the outdoor heated pool by night with snow. Quite pricey but it is totally worth it!
First the Positive: Food and Ambiance great.
Staff and their service are not match the price you pay for the 3 course meal.
Our waiter did not know how to serve professionally. Pouring wine into a glass; Was not his at all. He was not rude but did not seem to like his job either. All in all the service was not the standard you expect from such a place.
100 francs for a 3 course meal is a rather high price but then you expect a professional service. In our case this expectation was not fulfilled.
So please dear Chetzeron management. Teach your service staff good and friendly hospitality!!!!
I will go there for a lunch in near future but not for a 3 course dinner anymore.

Not worth to get there just for dinner!
Location beautiful but takes more than 20' to get there by shuttle over bumpy roads. If you miss the hourly slot, you've to wait for another hour (no matter of going up or down-hill after dinner).
Service and waiting times are catastrophe. From arrival till 1st glass of white wine it took at least 30' which is not acceptable for such a Restaurant. Food is ok, but not more.
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Switzerland! Great attention to detail, an amazing conversion of the old gondola station with spectacular views of The Valley and the surrounding mountains, with a very good restaurant!
