Very good
quality!!
I find myself in the obligation to write this unpleasant event, with this real estate until then alien and unknown to me.
I am about to look for a place to start a business, after several options an "advisor" person teaches me exactly what he did not know about his specific work beyond what he himself told me, that he was a person who was in charge of the place, "teach, answer calls, make appointments "in short, take care of this management since the owner had hired him to do so, the man (worker with little time) because that will take care of everything. This man informs me that the owner asks for € 3000 in advance as a deposit, which would be returned to me, if the day I leave it, it will be delivered under the same conditions. As it was, 3 days after seeing it, I think about it and decide to choose that location, notifying the intermediary, also commenting on the rush that I am running to put him in the project situation. After two weeks and seeing the delay in the matter and I get them to present me the first contract a month after closing the deal. Reviewing the points and staying a second time to clarify and fully agree on the problems and inconveniences, the second contract after 8 days supuestemte rectified but finally still with previously agreed unrecorded faults already. The 3rd contract arrives at Sema, supposedly definitive and meeting with my advisor on the spot and ensuring that I do not make a mistake and that everything is fine, the intermediary, according to him with a friend of his who advised him (no idea) the owner and I . Well, there after a month and a half of delay in the process (drafting a contract) accept the rental price, a paste and everything established, and within minutes of signing the contract, the intermediary and his "friend" tell me At the time of signing they would make me a receipt, surprised I ask what receipt he refers to and he tells me that they are his fees, (apparently he was included at the last moment) because they spoke in the plural, then, I am at the point to close a contract for which both parties agree, and I meet two people who tell me that: having to be calling behind him for a literal month and a half to sign a contract, to notice that many times he did not even know what What did he say and see him on the 3 occasions looking at the clock without stopping and showing a rather annoying disinterest for me, with the delay that the delay of said contract has caused me on other sides and the landlord having hired it ?? He wants to charge me nothing more and nothing less than 1000 eeeeeuuuroooosss, his fees. If so, without anesthesia or anything. That I had to pay the fees contracted by the landlord, and the sane landlord, me, did not give credit, an attempt at scam / deception or full-blown scam. Strongly arguing that he told me the day I went to see him, it is obviously incoherent, absurd and quite unreasonable, that they want to make me pay a "fee" as he called it for a service that I did not know or was named at any time. Leaving me as a liar in front of the owner, with him agreeing that I had to pay for that. Anyway. These are fraudulent practices and scams and not legal but difficult to prove, so be very careful if you come across this real estate.
PS: obviously do not pay and do not rent the premises
Totally recommendable.
Professionals in the area and very well trained.
Excellent treatment
Thanks to Elisa Medina, our real estate consultant with the other Inmax consultants who made it possible for this sometimes complex stage to be more enjoyable, congratulations on its 50th Anniversary
