Location location location they say... And you can't be more central in Corralejo ! Depending on you lifestyle it might be great... or noisy and busy.
As for the place it is perfectly fine but not exceptional. Unfinished building (they clearly went out of money before putting the lift in, so unsuitable for some) that already shows some signs of tear and wear. I'd say it's all down to the price, if you can get it for 50-70€ / night it is a good value, professionally run vacation appartement building. But competition is hard these days and I don't see any USP, except, again, for the location.
We stayed here for seven days; it is perfect if you want to enjoy the center of Corralejo; More than enough parking nearby, and plenty of great restaurants and bars very close by; You sleep great, you go out to a pedestrian street and you are very comfortable.
The apartment is large, with a very comfortable living room and kitchen, and the beds are fantastic; a more than good value for money.
The treatment by the great owner, was aware of our needs since we arrived, and quickly solved some small detail that we need.
If you want to enjoy the life that Corralejo has, this is your place.
Terrible experience. Apartment without terrace, without elevator, without air conditioning. The windows cannot be opened, they are hinged. Old furniture and totally depressing atmosphere. We were misled, we asked to cancel the reservation and they told us it was not possible. Thanks to that we called booking and they told us if we could cancel within the first 24 hours. We found for the same price another new apartment, with pool and terrace.
VERY IMPORTANT, they charged us the amount of the reservation in advance, we entered on August 3 and on the 1st we received notice that they had already made the charge, when all the reservations that I have always made in booking are paid upon arrival at the hotel .
Although booking gave us the reason and we canceled the reservation on the same day, August 3, (according to Corralejo Center it was not possible) the refund was not made until September 9, after endless calls and emails to booking and even so, we lost 55 euros.
