Pleasant & helpful staff. Fantastic location. Room was an irregular shape, narrowing considerably. No view other than the room opposite.
Comfortable bed. Bathroom was nicely finished but shower hard to use for a larger person due to the proximity of the window catch.
Picturesque courtyard within the building to sit for breakfast or, indeed, any time of the day.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and there Covid measures in place which people generally adhered to.
Car park was a nightmare to get out of in a heavy front wheel drive car.
Outstanding service; beautiful room with great view; excellent location - and very friendly and efficient reception staff. I cannot speak too highly of this hotel - great from every perspective. Park your car; put the keys in the safe and ENJOY.
Nice clean spacious rooms. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. Good food with a lot of variety and the restaurant with a tranquil atmosphere.
Do not eat here. The breakfast plates and glasses were very dirty. The food was messy and everywhere. The waitress was extremely rude and raised her voice at me twice. Front desk tried to help but didn’t do much. The room was fine but the breakfast was disgusting. I (without exaggeration) went through appx 10-12 plates and glasses before I found any that were remotely clean. Avoid eating here.
