The interior is modern and functional and gives you the peace of mind to focus on your work. In addition, Wulff & Konstali is located in the building next door and contributes to a rich and young environment.

There are many good things to mention including, parking options, the opportunity to get more rooms, fast and stable internet, good meeting rooms, colleagues in the form of other self-employed, a super canteen and Friday bar once a month.
Very good surroundings and facilities for startup companies. Free coffee, meeting rooms for both large and small meetings and workshops and a good canteen attached to the university. In addition, the indispensable Univate is a stone's throw from the metro, which makes transport incredibly easy. If you are cycling, it is also right next to Amager Fælled, so you can take the trip through the green rather than the city.
Someone I know works due a start up that was based here. They are a really good example of an incubation area for early startups. Providing space and services equivelant to what larger firms would have, to smaller enterprises at a reasonable cost. A really good initiative abs helps these companies to also procure good quality staff because of the environment offered.
