STAY AWAY FROM AMAGER BEACH 60!
The rooms look nice, as do all the facilities - but nothing remarkable about the office hotel besides the look.
Lousy coverage on the internet, which is why it has been necessary to connect your own phone. An IT provider that takes care of various solutions for tenants, in connection with setting up a server or similar, is unable to deliver and solve the challenges that must be. We ended up moving our servers and have not had any challenges since.
Execution of inquiries associated with the office furniture is also poor and far too long.
We have also had unbelievably big problems with delivery of mail (read: almost no mail received, bills, packages, tankers etc sent back to supplier), due to lack of signage on the part of Ordnung. Beach road for better accessibility - 4 months nothing has happened yet.
During the corona, offices are not cleaned, lacking soap on the toilets etc. etc. Last but not least, people have chosen to have packaging with company information on handshake, instead of having handshake set up for use by the tenants immediately.
All in all, a miserable experience that I don't want anyone to be exposed to.
Cool office space close to the Øresund Metro and Amager Strandpark. As always with Ordnung, the quality is top notch. The interior is modern and functional and gives you the peace of mind to focus on your work. In addition, Wulff & Konstali is located in the building next door and contributes to a rich and young environment.
Stylish office environment with high quality completed. Great offices and good meeting rooms. Good location close to metro. Can definitely be recommended.
Physical framework is top notch. Also great location right on Amager Beach. Getting my warmest recommendation.
