A tech city is here. Majority of the companies are IT based. Parking is available and food stalls and shops are there but some of them are restricted to specific employees only. Good place to work.
It is situated in a place away from main parts of Colombo and hard to travel to. Going by bus would take hours and lot of traffic around the building in all directions making it difficult to travel to.
The area situated is not suitable to considered as an IT Park or IT City considering the environment, facilities.
The food court cannot be named as food court as there are only four food vendors and one juice bar. The food vendors are selling food at higher price and not many options for vegetarians. The menu of the vendors do not have healthy options.
