There's no water just about every day at this building. One day we are expected to wash hands using water bottles during lunch, the next washroom sinks do not have water and the next toilets! Stinks like hell. Building owners have no intention of rectifying the water issues.
Edit: Stop lying. I hired a desk for two months and during the second month on most of the days there was no water. It broke down often. So often that I stopped bringing rice for lunch and forgot about going to the toilet the whole day.
Amazing co-working experience, a great place to run your new or established business from. Easy access, loads of parking and even more great people. I'm glad to be part of the WorkStudio.

Also, plenty of opportunities to meet and connect other entrepreneurs and people of interest. The place is very comfortable and spacious. Also, many different options of spaces available to cater your requirement from individual seats, to private offices and meeting rooms. Prices are quite reasonable for the services they provide.
