The owner has this place for sale but freaked out and didn't want to sell it to me because he found out I'm originally Kurdish. He's from Turkey. Apart from that, a nice place to chill for students and occasional passers-by.
We moved in for a three-month hiring with a team of four people to bridge the time until we can move into our own office.
The price / performance ratio is very good and small amenities such as the daily cleaning service, the unlimited access to Kaffeautollauts etc. are gladly accepted.
The team around Mrs. Trommler, Mr. Blume and Mr. Scherer is very accommodating and always in a good mood.
The coworking space is really awesome! First of all, the people are super nice and the equipment and general ambience is great. You can just work really well. In addition, there is a great coffee machine, soda, always fresh banana bread in the morning and even sometimes a little chocolate :)
I actually only booked a FixDesk, but since I started a new job and had a lot of phone calls, meetings, etc., I was allowed to move into an office to myself. That made my early days a lot easier! You can set up your space as you like, leave your screen, keyboard, etc. and everything.
Thanks again for the great time and the great workplace. I will really miss it :)
Favorite (work) place. The place where a lot is created: business, togetherness and ideas. Relaxed and exciting Friday breakfast meetings. Art and culture. And coworking.
We had a team event in this location and I can definitely recommend it. Communication for special arrangements was perfect; all our needs were met. Very well decorated and excellent location.
I felt very comfortable here from day one. This is not just because of the furnishings and the coffee, but especially the owner. Bernhard runs this coworkingspace out of conviction and with passion. If you want to work undisturbed in a nice atmosphere, this is the place for you. You can also book the premises for workshops and the like. And during the lunch break, burger shops, bakers, falafel and kebab shops are not far away.
I had been looking for a coworking office like this for a long time and was then completely satisfied. Managed with a lot of love, a good working atmosphere, a selection of different jobs and a good price structure. Easily accessible and the city garden right next door. I didn't use childcare, but I think it's great that it's offered.
Oh yes and the coffee machine is a dream !! :)
Worked out of the coworklab almost daily for three years, with several times having colleagues from several branches coming over. Every single day working at coworklab was overly pleasant.
The owners are just awesome, down to earth, reliable and go the extra mile for their tenants. The location -don't be fooled by any old google maps pictures- has lightning-fast internet, big desks, lot of space and is easy to reach by public transport. Parking is hard downtown, though. For hot summers, the office owns a great AC and a barbeque place for lunch and after-work activities. Meeting rooms can be booked easily with an internal booking system.
Personally, it was really possible to focus on work here - distraction free.
What also stands out is the supportive and fun community of other freelancers and enterpreneurs.
