Friendly staff

You can only rely on the fr tielicke who is very nice and very competent, but since recently I am simply not put through to her, every time I have someone else on the line. If I want to speak to her, why. I will not simply put through I cannot understand it is a mess! Write to each apartment why you put it on the net when you have so many applicants, I don't understand either.

A very nice employee by that I mean the caretaker Mr. Schenk

People are friendly. But better make an appointment at the time.
