It is and could be a wonderful co-working space. The only negative point is that the co-working area is located downstairs and doesn't have any window and good air to breath, and the first floor's music is distracting for learning and concentration and people stay and talk at the counter all the time. So it's not silent or with good air comfortable for studying.
The coworking space is really awesome! First of all, the people are super nice and the equipment and general ambience is great. You can just work really well. In addition, there is a great coffee machine, soda, always fresh banana bread in the morning and even sometimes a little chocolate :)
I actually only booked a FixDesk, but since I started a new job and had a lot of phone calls, meetings, etc., I was allowed to move into an office to myself. That made my early days a lot easier! You can set up your space as you like, leave your screen, keyboard, etc. and everything.
Thanks again for the great time and the great workplace. I will really miss it :)
I had been looking for a coworking office like this for a long time and was then completely satisfied. Managed with a lot of love, a good working atmosphere, a selection of different jobs and a good price structure. Easily accessible and the city garden right next door. I didn't use childcare, but I think it's great that it's offered.
Oh yes and the coffee machine is a dream !! :)
It's a decent functioning office space for game developers.
Worked out of the coworklab almost daily for three years, with several times having colleagues from several branches coming over. Every single day working at coworklab was overly pleasant.
The owners are just awesome, down to earth, reliable and go the extra mile for their tenants. The location -don't be fooled by any old google maps pictures- has lightning-fast internet, big desks, lot of space and is easy to reach by public transport. Parking is hard downtown, though. For hot summers, the office owns a great AC and a barbeque place for lunch and after-work activities. Meeting rooms can be booked easily with an internal booking system.
Personally, it was really possible to focus on work here - distraction free.
What also stands out is the supportive and fun community of other freelancers and enterpreneurs.
Startplatz is probably the best co-working space in the Rhein-Ruhr region and among the best co-workings in Europe.
It‘s an extremely lively place where you get the chance of networking with experienced founders and experts from various fields.
The co-working packages are very flexible. The Value for money is top!

Cool rental offices, with larger conference areas and catering of food and srinks. The staff and service is very friendly. Been there several times and it was always very convenient.
Top location for each kind of business event. Large open space with a stage available on the roof. Terrace around the complete floor. Catering service is ok. The building is located in the centre of cologne quite close to Cologne dom and the Rhein river. Public transportation directly in front of the building.

All of my course participants are enthusiastic about this location - and of course I am even more excited. It's so modern, comfortable, changeable and cozy. Whether courses inside or outside - the rooms are really awesome (and I've tried a lot for my new physio practice).
What can I say, I would recommend everyone to go to you guys. No matter what profession, here we try to make it suitable for everyone.

Very friendly family-like coworking community space, saved my day. Nice people!
InsurLab Germany has a nice and relaxed atmosphere, promoting exchanges and networking with other companies and startups in the industry. The events offer u.a. exciting keynote speeches on topics and solutions. We use and appreciate the space, e.g. for conducting workshops.
The Forum Food & Sustainability is the ideal workplace, with a great working atmosphere. The operator is very sympathetic and really committed. A great ecosystem for every food startup. I can highly recommend.
The owner has this place for sale but freaked out and didn't want to sell it to me because he found out I'm originally Kurdish. He's from Turkey. Apart from that, a nice place to chill for students and occasional passers-by.
