In our way we stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Colmar. We had large room for 4 persons for a very reasonable price and it was fine. Modern room with separate bedroom and 2 person sofa bed. The sofa bed was not that comfortable but they never are. Personnel was friendly and checkin was very fast (just give name and I got the keys). I emailed a week ahead for a parking space and that was arranged for an additional 10 euro per night. You get a fixed numbered spot in their garage. Old center is at walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). We didn’t use the breakfast but got fresh bread in the bakery around the corner (which is open at 6 am already).
Good service, friendly staff, good breakfast and the room is big enough. Clean and really modern funiture. The parking was 10euro not so bad. The hotel is really walking distance the the View point of Little Venice and close by to everything in the City.
Very good customer service
Good location, short distance to town, breakfast ok, rooms modern and very tidy. Parking garage is quite small and bit of a nightmare to get out of the garage.
We love to stay in Novotel. My kids simply love it.
