Our real estate company has been a tenant in the building for many years. We love it here! The staff is very professional and responsive in meeting our needs. The building is very well maintained and it's a pleasure to have our clients meet us here. We enjoy the added benefit of being able to reserve conference rooms as needed. Great location. I have been leasing my office space from Summit for several years now and I have always had excellent experience with them. No complaints whatsoever. The owner and staff are always super nice and friendly - by now they became like family. They are always available to help and go beyond and above for their customers. The conference rooms are modern and elegant, as well as all other common areas - always kept clean and up to date. Not to mention best prices in the area for the quality of services provided and excellent location. I have recommended Summit to many friends and clients of mine and I will continue recommending them in the future.
An excellent business center. Attentive and reactive building management. Great location and great nearby amenities (especially the restaurant in building). Really enjoy working for a company in this building.
Excellent services and the staff are terrific! I found out about Summit over 25 years ago through a business associate who rented an office there and now I'm at Summit. I can tell you hands down this is the best value in Tampa Bay!
