Once again staff very professional and in all they do.
Let me just start by saying that Dr Kraft is an amazing surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. His work and terrific bedside manner is very impressive.
Thank you so much to Dr Kraft & the other staff members that cared for me during my stay at Morton Plant. I loved all of my nurses. To name a few, Torie, Erica, Eva, and Kayla. I thought the nurses were all very pretty, personable, educated, and comforting. The OR staff was an absolute pleasure, the anesthesia Dr and staff were excellent, the maternity room attendants (thank you Jay for all of the laughs and keeping me in good spirits), maternity room custodial workers, and even the workers in the kitchen were exceptional. I truly appreciate everybody for taking such good care of me and my son Roman when we needed it the most❤.
My wife gave birth to our baby girl (our third child but first girl!) on July 31st, 2020. Every staff member was incredible during our entire experience there! But, there were 2 specific members that were absolutely amazing! Stephanie R. and Jamie H. were incredibly professional and knowledgeable! They were able to efficiently do their job and connect with my wife and I on a personal level. I felt like we were at home, surrounded by family. They would get things for us before we realized we even needed them. I could tell they actually enjoyed caring for people. Knowing how to do your job is one thing, which this hospital definitely does, but being able to connect with people during all this craziness as well really ties the knot on this Hospital. I have no suggestions what-so-ever (well, maybe provide small meals for people late at night...haha). Thank you so much Stephanie R. and Jamie H.!
Hospitals are not on my favorites list. But the staff here made every effort to make this experience trouble free. The communication before and after my procedure was excellent. Also want to thank everyone involved for their kindness and happy outlook. Another thank you to the anesthesiologist, I didn't feel a thing. God bless
This is the best hospital for Labor and Delivery! I’m so grateful to the staff during the births of both of my children. Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind and compassionate. Even when they were faced with unexpected challenges and variables, they all remained calm, positive and compassionate to me and my family.
