Called to book in a self referral test. Was perfectly ready to give them my money and they let me know I could get the test for free through my doctor. Not often you see that kind of honesty in a business and it's much appreciated! :)

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms with endless space & comfy beds.
The restaurant and bar are exceptional with a steak to die for - highly recommend!

What took me by surprise was the sense of professionalism and presence you get when you walk of the lift. Compared to other co-working spaces in Christchurch you feel like you could bring your client here and not have them freak out that you're meeting in the intern pit. The individual office spaces didn't suit me however, felt like a animal in a cage.
Cameron and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He sold two houses for us in a short space of time with a great result $$$ and then also found us a new house to purchase. He always made himself available to chat through our options and gave great advice. I can’t speak more highly of Cam and his team and will definitely be contacting him next time we buy or sell.
Community101 is really a fantastic place for anyone who is self-employed and craving a nice community space to work in. There is free coffee and printing facilities available, in addition to three private meeting rooms. I highly recommend it!
