Really nice location! Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, and parks are only 5-10 minutes away ON FOOT, not to mention the city center where there is everything. Facility is super clean and neat, and the hosts are very kind and warm-hearted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant accomodation in Christchurch!
I have been seeing Kim for about a year now, and She's very professional, great people skills, where she will take that little extra time, she might have left, to hear me waffel on..., . If I've had a bad day.... . Been a Dr would not be a easy job.... As for the wingy negetive reviews, going on about money...In New Zealand we are privileged to have a very small expense, to pay any of the gps.. They could go overseas and get paid much more,

Really nice two bedrooms apartment. Big fridge, microwave, dining table and tea table with a comfortable couch. The bathroom is suitable for people on wheel chairs. The cost is pretty good for what you get. If you are on ground level, you can hear the people running upstairs, that's sad because it can be annoying if continues for too long. Otherwise it's all good.
Called to book in a self referral test. Was perfectly ready to give them my money and they let me know I could get the test for free through my doctor. Not often you see that kind of honesty in a business and it's much appreciated! :)
I fully recommend for everyone to do business with Harcourts Holmwood Estate. The staff are so friendly and helpful to deal with. I recommend to everyone weather they are buying, selling or renting to go there first. They will not be disappointed. Cheers
What took me by surprise was the sense of professionalism and presence you get when you walk of the lift. Compared to other co-working spaces in Christchurch you feel like you could bring your client here and not have them freak out that you're meeting in the intern pit. The individual office spaces didn't suit me however, felt like a animal in a cage.
From my experience with talking to staff this is an excellent firm that can provide sound tax advice in specialist areas of business. For example (and for me) how taxation works with virtual reality that can reach both local and international markets with virtual worlds.
PWC has experts that can assist your business and provide sound advice on how to manage your obligations.
Quick on take aways. They have an electronic system to collect coffee stamps just by entering your phone number at the counter, which is easy and hassle free. Their date scone is the best, heated and have it with butter. Staff are nice and friendly too. There's usually a queue but most of time a fast moving one.
