What took me by surprise was the sense of professionalism and presence you get when you walk of the lift. Compared to other co-working spaces in Christchurch you feel like you could bring your client here and not have them freak out that you're meeting in the intern pit. The individual office spaces didn't suit me however, felt like a animal in a cage.
Quick on take aways. They have an electronic system to collect coffee stamps just by entering your phone number at the counter, which is easy and hassle free. Their date scone is the best, heated and have it with butter. Staff are nice and friendly too. There's usually a queue but most of time a fast moving one.
Community101 is really a fantastic place for anyone who is self-employed and craving a nice community space to work in. There is free coffee and printing facilities available, in addition to three private meeting rooms. I highly recommend it!
The best community of professionals and general legends I've worked with in years. The office is stunning and location is just right - easy to find for clients too. I've managed to find multiple business partners here. Highly recommended
From my experience with talking to staff this is an excellent firm that can provide sound tax advice in specialist areas of business. For example (and for me) how taxation works with virtual reality that can reach both local and international markets with virtual worlds.

Lovely shared working space. Been here for about a year and a half. Friendly community, nice coffee machine, friendly staff.
I originally dropped in to trial the space casually on a hot desk for a few days, then eventually bumped to a permanent desk. Great value for money, and the premier shared working space in the CBD.
What a great place Christchurch Community House is. I hire a room and I am offered a car park space for next to nothing as well as having iced water brought to the room.

A great co-working space to hang-out for any tech start-ups or well-established businesses where I can meet like-minded individuals and receive advice from experienced business mentors. The place is within the 4 avenues so very convenient. Parking is hassle-free and the coffee provided is awesome.

This place is a great venue for promoting Christchurch artists and also a very positive contributor to the local community. Unchatter events here a highlight for me. Serves good food and wine too.
