I have been seeing Kim for about a year now, and She's very professional, great people skills, where she will take that little extra time, she might have left, to hear me waffel on..., . If I've had a bad day.... . Been a Dr would not be a easy job.... As for the wingy negetive reviews, going on about money...In New Zealand we are privileged to have a very small expense, to pay any of the gps.. They could go overseas and get paid much more,

Money is more important than health here. I absolutely love seeing Kim, she is great. However when u owe $29 from a phone consult due to covid that took 2 mins and following that u are not aloud to make an appointment at all that is not fair. Iv been a customer for 8 years now and bill always paid. Now I am sick as a dog in the midst of a pandemic and can’t make a booking. The news say there are no barriers to being covid tested....yet here I am with a barrier as I can’t even make an appointment! I’ll also add that they do not even give u the option to pay when u arrive... literally not aloud any appointment made till the $29 is gone. I have never come across such a money obsessed practice and very grateful my kids and partner are with a different practice who put health before money.
We have been visiting promed since 2011 we have moved rolleston still we come to see doctor Kim as she is our favourite
Now days we find that they are more busier dont get appointments easy if you can add doctors will be great as we need to wait for long time
I give this practice this review considering only one Doctor and the attention I received today from Dr. Lauren. Unfortunately didn't read the reviews about her before. It seems she isn't interested to sort out anything what you have/feel, telling me I'm young and if I don't have vomits with my headaches I don't have to worry, that is unacceptable. What kind of profesional says that? If you aren't 40 years old you don't need any anual health check? Never heard anything like that.
(Update, I did receive an email from the director saying they will look into the concerns and discuss with the Dr I had the consultation with, to what I answered I didn't have the intention to continue discussing about that I just wanted to make a review of the attention I received from a gp in their space. No answer since then from them).
Very fast and very helpful doctor's nurses and reception staff
