We were lucky enough to stay in the Manor itself in the Webb suite. Beautifully kept building. Very friendly helpful owners and lovely continental breakfast in our room. Highly recommend as a peaceful convenient place to stay.
We loved the Merivale Manor! The staff greeted us warmly, provided suggestions for nearby restaurants, and showed us to our room. The room was large, the bathroom was modern, and the bed was super-comfortable. We regretted we only stayed here one night - if we find ourselves in Christchurch again, we'll definitely try to stay here again!
