Really nice location! Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, and parks are only 5-10 minutes away ON FOOT, not to mention the city center where there is everything. Facility is super clean and neat, and the hosts are very kind and warm-hearted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant accomodation in Christchurch!
I'm staying in the 2 bedroom apartment, and I like that all the furnitures and gadgets are very well-kept and carefully chosen. It's a nice inviting, comforting space for my family. The hosts are also kind and very caring for our needs; especially with our infant daughter, we received extra help and service. The location is also very convenient, close to grocery store, cafe, and the city center. I would recommend this motel to anyone who needs a temporary home in Christchurch.
Husband was staying at Southern Cross Hospital so this motel was very handy. I mentioned to owner when booking that we were country people and he put us as far from road as possible. Didn’t hear a thing! So very quiet! Heater was on and unit warm when kids and I arrived. Then in the morning when leaving, I came out to find the owner defrosting my car! Thoughtful service and much appreciated! Thank you!

Have stayed here twice when visiting Christchurch from Wellington- stayed the 2nd time as the 1st time I was really impressed, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Christchurch moving forward.
The hotel is conveniently located just off Bealey Ave and an easy run to Hagley. Close to supermarket etc- the motel rooms are clean, spacious, warm, the units I had had cooking facilities and a spa. On a plus the hosts are lovely and caring
If you are looking for a place to stay in Christchurch I strongly recommend Rosewood Court Motel as you will not be disappointed. Absolutely fantastic
