Horrible to deal with. Rude and arrogant, definitely do not recommend. When 'borrowing' our personal key for 10 days to "make a copy", they returned the wrong key and lost the original and the correct copy! They failed to rectify the situation and I had to make myself a copy of my partner's key. Now they harass us to leave a key under the doormat when we are at work, because their key does not fit. + We had a big leak on the first floor last year and they had us wait 3 days because calling a plumber on the Tuesday after the holidays would be cheaper. The plumber damaged the wall with his ladder and they never even came to inspect it. Unprofessional and utterly disrespectful!
Sam was incredibly efficient, he went above and beyond to answer all our questions and queries.
He made our move in process less stressful and super fast. My fist experience with Harcourts Holmwood was just amazing all hands down to Sam.
