Reasonably good service and had what I wanted.

Always well set out, so easy to look around but might be a bit tight for wheelchairs.The prices start at reasonable and go up to the more expensive for leather. The shop is in Northlands mall so easy parking not far away. A good stock of up to date styles.

Bit average in the behind the counter department, sales lady with the pink hair rather unfriendly, no smiles there! got what we came for but wouldn't return to this branch.

Pretty poor understanding of customer service. I just wanted a bag that was coming into store tomorrow, sent to me. "Can't be done!" - not good enough, sorry.

Very helpful and friendly. Exchanged an item no bother which had been bought from another branch.
