Booking back to back appointments with 0 gap time is unacceptable! When we clients wait long at the waiting area for the appointment - then it is ok, but when I call on the way to the appointment to advise I am stuck in not moving traffic which is completely out of my control I end up with no appointment! I am very very unhappy.
Been to both podiatry and physio at this clinic, absolutely fantastic, wonderful, knowledgeable staff and the reception team are very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommended.
Monday the 25th January 440pm was my appointment after waiting over "25mins" with nothing said to me at all,or at check in time nothing said about delays, Id had enough as others had come and gone from there appointments,reception staff were Not apologetic either in fact said "fear enough" very poor service!!
also the first time i went i saw a lady go up and ask about her appointment being 20mins late she didn't look happy either....
i explained i wouldn't be returning still no apology....
