Went to the Grand Opening cocktail party for spaces Lincoln Park location.
They have three floors of fully furnished offices for rent. They also offer a reception/concierge staff, dedicated phone lines, mail receiving, handling and Storage.
They also host community events and networking opportunities.
There is 24/7 building access, as well as access to all business Cafe / Business Club Space, meeting rooms, and other common areas for renters.
They're open co-working area is bright and Airy, and they also have private offices for those who like that better.
Small or large office space, meeting areas, event space this place has it all!
I love being in beautiful, organized, and coherent spaces, with the effort put into interior design, lighting, and materials. This is certainly one of those spaces! But what makes it truly special is Dayna's, the Community Manager, very personal approach. You simply feel taken care of the moment you walk in. Definitely, one of my favorite co-working spaces I visited.
I loved working here! I worked at the shared office space of Regus in suite 750 with Angie and Charlie. They were the absolute best and such a blast to be around! The space is beautiful and efficient, and has an amazing view.
My massage and fitness business, Total Body Solutions, has been at Novel Coworking Superior for two months now and it has been a wonderful experience. Brent, the sales manager helped me find just the right space to meet my needs and fit my budget. Shout out to Marne the Office Manager for being responsive and helpful as I moved in and fine tuned my space. She is a problem solver! Thanks, Marne for making me feel at home and getting things done. Not to mention keeping the coffee machine running smooth and the snacks stocked! :-)
We've been at Industrious for 8 months and love it! The space is great, and the staff are super attentive. For anyone looking for a coworking space option in Chicago, Industrious River North should be high on your list!
I got a membership at this WeWork in 2019 and it's been an awesome place to work! There are gorgeous views and lots of natural light through the windows. The staff here is great too.

Excited to be the first to review SPACE! I was invited to co-work here with a friend a few weeks ago, and was really impressed with the lighting, furniture, and balance between startups and individuals working here. What's unique about this space is that the teams that have offices here often work out in the open area. By the second day, I had already met and talked to at least three different startup groups, which is so rare and wonderful, considering I've been comparing co-working spaces for quite awhile.
The Herman Miller desking offers generous surface area for spreading out, many convenient outlets, and there are skylights sprinkled throughout the space for a natural daylit loft ambiance. It is pretty quiet now, but I think Space will hit a critical mass soon, especially with groups like the Experience Institute making regular appearances. Get in now while you can!
