Location, location, location. It's by far my favorite coworking space in Chicago. The place is welcoming and the staff is always very helpful. Some events might be a little distracting but I rent a small private office so that’s not a big issue for me. Highly recommend.
This is a really good place to work. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed compared to other downtown locations I've been to. It's not very quiet because the space is smaller and the kitchen is near the workspace, but I don't mind if I don't have to concentrate on something intense. Good view as well.
I've been working with Novel for about a year now and they are simply fantastic. They have a really great entrepreneurial atmosphere that caters to established businesses as well as startups at a price point that makes a lot of sense. Their staff here at the 73 W Monroe location in Chicago, including Carley and Drew, are professional, kind, and extremely attentive to our needs. Bonus: the amenities such as top-notch coffee and remarkably curated beer selections are phenomenal additions to the value of renting co-working or office space with Novel. I simply cannot rave enough about them and have suggested their spaces to colleagues and friends.
You will NOT be disappointed in working with them.
Building is very nice and in a great location in the city with lots of entertainment and food options. WeWork offices are great with plenty of opportunities. I give 4 of 5 stars because since the building has opened there have been major elevator issues - elevators not working, not coming to your floors, freezing in between floors and the alarm button not working.
ABC is a great location for my office. Julie, Kim and Mike really are wonderful job of accommodating what I need. I have been with these guys since 2011 and it works very well for me.

Industrious Chicago Central Loop hit a home run with this new location. Their attention to quality and detail is evident throughout the space.I have visited other shared work-spaces in Chicago and must say that this location has it all. The amenities are first in class and the numerous common areas create an open atmosphere to not only spark productivity, but also cultivate community between members. Check it out soon and ask for Hannah!
Since the first time viewing the office with Laurent the manager, it has been a great experience and great choice for us. 3 months in and the staff treats you so well, the other co-workers are very friendly, the place is always clean. High quality office with great spaces, would recommend to anyone looking for an office space!!
Great co-working space by the park. Not the most ideal location as I think there are more convenient WeWork's in Chicago, but this one has a great view. The staff is absolutely amazing, huge shout-out to Megan!
All I can say is, WOW. My two colleagues and I were looking for shared office space over a year ago and were getting frustrated with each option we toured showcasing the same cookie cutter theme and vibe. A loft style space, complete with keg beer, ping pong tables and bean bag chairs where everyone was rocking skinny jeans, vape pens and hoodies. The noise was loud, the lighting was dark & dreary and it looked like the cleaning service had taken a week off.
We were about to give up until we discovered Studio. We took our first steps in and were immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome in an environment that was spotless, modern and professional looking. It felt like Dorothy first walking into Oz and things instantly going from black & white to vibrant color.
After taking a tour, and learning how reasonably priced they were, we were sold. Since then, they have exceeded our every expectation and clients that meet us there for coffee are always remarking at how nice the space is and how courtious the person at the reception desk was. Best of all, our weeks are filled with gourmet breakfasts on Monday's as well as fun and engaging happy hours which the staff hosts (last week was a bow-tie and martini theme)- always an enjoyable way to meet other tenants (who invariably share our satisfaction).
The space couldn't be more perfect- standing desks in our office, private conference rooms available for any size group and even private potty's! Highly, highly recommend.

I was in town for business and being that I work for a small, remote company, I love to find new community spaces to work out of.
I stumbled across this WeWork location as it was in close proximity to my hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised to spend a day here. The community managers I met, Lauren and Natasha, were both so kind and helpful. I was able to grab a small booth, some cold brew coffee and get super productive.
Community is clean, the other staff members I met were also very kind and overall, this community was lovely. It also has an amazing view and conveniently, there's a cafe on a different floor that I was able to quickly access a salad for lunch and get back to work without leaving the building!

Best place to work! I love Novel Co-working. Our community manager always knows how to keep the atmosphere fun, the coffee machine working, and the beer tap flowing. The monthly get togethers are really great too. The offices are always kept clean and garbage thrown out. Truly a pleasure to work at and the Wacker Dr. location is prime.
318 Novel coworking team provides a great environment to work in. They have gone the extra mile to make work life fun, less stressing and enjoyable, from featuring a company within the building to holiday festive cocktails. In times like these, Kelsey and Liz bring a smile or quick laugh to the day with a friendly chat or some fun treats. They have also tended to our office plant while we were out of the office due to Covid. I highly recommend obtaining an office space here. Don't forget to stop on 17 and say high and thank you to the wonderful staff.
I simply could not allow another day to come and go without acknowledging just how impactful being a member of Servcorp is on my professional and personal lives. Firstly, the space, ironically, is not the main attraction here; but rather, the people that make the space what it is...home. In as authentic a way as I know how, the support, comradery, and attention one gets from this membership is far more valuable than its price tag.
