Awesome facility! Super glad I decided to sign a lease here. The offices, shared areas, and call rooms are very modern and nice. Liz and Kelsey have been super accommodating as well!
318 Novel coworking team provides a great environment to work in. They have gone the extra mile to make work life fun, less stressing and enjoyable, from featuring a company within the building to holiday festive cocktails. In times like these, Kelsey and Liz bring a smile or quick laugh to the day with a friendly chat or some fun treats. They have also tended to our office plant while we were out of the office due to Covid. I highly recommend obtaining an office space here. Don't forget to stop on 17 and say high and thank you to the wonderful staff.
I highly suggest Novel Coworking! We've resided in the 318 W Adams location for over two years now and love our suite. Our company out grew our original space and the Novel team made our transition to a bigger suite very simple. We have gained great customers within the building as well. The staff is nice and host events throughout the year!
Definitely glad our business picked Novel in the West Loop, everything is clean and the staff are always helpful. Specifically, Kelsey and Liz who work for Novel on the 17th floor. They are always welcoming, attentive to everyone's needs, and keep the coffee station running and well maintained.
