Clean and organized! Well done! In and out in 30 mins! Parking is a breeze here! Great place for community. All living areas above businesses, parking below! Lots of elevators. Scan your parking area q code and grab a color card by the elevators to remember where you parked! Definitely recommend!
They are efficient at what they do but never schedule an early appointment here. The staff won’t even show up until after 9 and they don’t go by your scheduled appointment at all. I try to be mindful but to show
Up late (45 minutes) for scheduled appointments is pretty unprofessional.
I went to have my fingerprints taken through IdentiGo. There was a "ring bell for assistance" sign. I pressed the button and waited. There was no response. I rang the bell again. I didn't hear anything, so I wondered if it was broken. The office was empty, I couldn't see or hear anyone. I pressed the bell a third time and a man's voice SCREAMS from the back "HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO RING THE BUTTON". There was such anger in his voice, it genuinely frightened me. I was scared to be in a room alone with this person. Go somewhere else to get your fingerprints taken.
Staff are friendly.
I am currently renting a small office space that is shared with another business. Regus has not shared information or been responsive to my request for information about how renters are supposed to share small enclosed spaces, given the public health warning to maintain physical distance.
July 2019 the air conditioning did not work in the building. While portable air conditioners we placed in the halls, Regus made no effort to compensate renters for the inconvenience of unbearably hot personal offices.
Bathrooms in the South Loop location were always in some state of disrepair. The ladies room has 4 stalls and at least one was always broken. The facility was cleaned once at the end of the day, but given the amount of use that the bathroom received, it needed to be cleaned more frequently. Soap dispensers were broken so someone refilled small stand alone soap pump daily - unfortunately soap often ran out!!
