I am currently renting a space here, and I love it. It’s very intimate and the staff is very friendly. The price is affordable and they always assist with any needs that I have.
I have used a lot of co-working spaces in Chicago and Offix is definitely one of the best! I highly recommend the one in Pilsen and Wicker Park. The latter has a cool modern industrial vibe and apart from a nicely equipped conference room also features a podcast studio and photo studio. The entire space has ample natural light which is a big plus in a city where it's pretty overcast for many months ;-) Last but not least, management is really nice and always ready to help out to accommodate special wishes whenever they can.
The Offix team has been great! They are attentive and flexible. The space is amazing! We really feel lucky to be here.
I rented an office from Offix and I highly recommend it. First, the office itself is really beautiful (you can tell that someone really put some thought in the design), with the office you get access to the kitchen (always stock with coffee/tea, fresh fruits, baked good) which to me is really important in order to work the hours I work. The owner is really nice and you can tell that is heart is on the right place. He even offered to try and help with the kids while we work... All and all 5 star experience.
I've been a tenant for over a year and love the space, the people and the location. Really top notch service from a team that doesn't see you as a fish in a glass bowl, but as a business owner and a person.
