My boyfriend and me stayed here for an month. It was the best hotel where we stayed yet. The location is great, everything around what you need 24/7.
We loved the friendly staff and helpfulness. They helped us always with lots of questions that we asked. They are always in a good mood - it felt more like friendship - not like a hotel.
The hotel was always clean and is very modern. We love the minimalist style! Passing through the door the first time we knew we will feel very comfortable here.
The lobby is great for work. There are enough sockets and possibilities to sit. The pool area is very nice and relaxing if you need some break from working.
Thank you guys for that wonderful stay! We love you and fell also in love with your incredible orange cake.

Perfectly named, if you are looking for a place to rest during your Chiang Mai trip, this is a good one. Set a bit back from the main road, the rooms are quiet (perhaps aided by the unusual windows perpendicular to the property wall). It seemed pretty new, and put together with good finish materials. Rooms were also clean, with spartan layouts that should help it remain so.
My only (minor) suggestion would be that staff should be more diligent about clearing and cleaning after breakfast diners and should sweep under the beds every couple weeks. I bussed my own breakfast with a wet rag they had on a cart and the spilled coffee was dry, so it must have been there a while. Not enough to keep me from returning, but seems like a small adjustment that they could make.
Overall, I felt this place was a good value offering, with excellent, helpful staff and a well-conceived layout for travelers who don't need pampering.
We sent 4 nights at Sleep Mai? hotel and I'm very happy we did. The staff was very polite and attentive. They gave great recommendations and amended any concerns we could have had. The room was spacious and well appointed. Pool was nice and refreshing. The mini gym is mini and in the lobby where breakfast is served. For this reason they recommend no use before 11 am. The location is perfect.
Check-in and check-out was quick and the front office staff were helpful and polite. Car park is limited so its best to inform the hotel about parking before you check-in. There's a small pool which is alright for children and those just in need of sunshine. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and clean, while the shower was strong and warm water was available. I think those who prefer to venture in old section of Chiang Mai, would find that the hotel is suitable. There are bars, restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
Amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and modern. Great location and excellent breakfasts! We loved our stay.
