I wanted a safe and connected place to work from home, and hence I opted for the social space with Karya. It is a shared space that is available near to the lifts. Six seats are available in the social option, which has one continuous desk with six chairs. The price is competitive, and the service is responsive, making the entire experience a pleasant one. The Nungambakkam office space has lots of connectivity options. Many startups are operating out of this office space. If you have a desktop PC, make sure to bring a UPS along with you as the generator backup can take up to a full 1 minute to restore mains. They have two internet connectivity options, and the primary internet is a faster option, while the second one is slightly slower. Bike parking is adequate, and they have limited car parking slots. There is a paid private car parking which is at a walkable distance from the location—all in all, a good experience.
Best coworking space to work but with only one disappointment ...that is there is no playing area to relax like simple games like table tennis ,carrom or chess like these indoor games .... other than these things...the working environment is amazing to work
I have been using a cabin in Mahalingapuram for the last 6 months, and find the facility ideally suited for my uses. The office is spacious, adequately furnished and with hassle fried infrastructure (uninterrupted power, A/C, internet, cleaning service etc). Also good value for money for the facilities on offer.
It is a realtor dealing in real estate on 2% commission basis. It connects buyer and seller and Guiding to purchase and selling the property smoothly as well.
Good place for any start business, just plug and play. Well maintained and lively.. No need to worry about snacks or maid or receptionist or maintenance. Everything is included in the rent which we pay.
It's better to negotiate on the rent before signing up contract...

Well located co-working office spaces, tastefully designed and being expanded to occupy more floors. The current Centre Manager is an amazingly friendly lady with extremely swift responses on queries.
Nice work atmosphere at Tnagar office. No cost for conference room. They provide permanent seating location to all teams. So the whole place looks like our own office with various department
