Good place for any start business, just plug and play. Well maintained and lively.. No need to worry about snacks or maid or receptionist or maintenance. Everything is included in the rent which we pay.
It's better to negotiate on the rent before signing up contract...
Good choice
I had a bad experience at this business center. Car Parking facility is worst. You and your clients cannot park vehicle inside Regus Chetpet business center. You need to "Find a separate place to Park four wheeler". These people at Regus Chetpet do best car parking facility only if you inform them before 1 or 2 days. We stopped using this business center a month before our agreement ends.
Please provide car parking facility for the visitors (Clients) and people taken your business center for rent. Your Regus Chetpet staff informing not to bring four wheeler, since there is no facility for every one.
I never recommend this Regus Business Center to anyone.
