Prime location and spacious parking area. Good for freelancer and new entrepreneurs to set their workspace.
Here the hot desk and dedicated desk available for very reasonable price around Rs.8000 plus tax with lots of benefits such as free wifi, coffee and help desk.
Great place for seminar space & networking
Place looks premium and great (as it should be considering it is owned by Hyatt). I work on the mezzanine floor. There's coffee machine for tea/coffee and mugs available. Conference rooms are there for meetings.
One thing that annoys me is that they are constantly playing music throughout the place in ground floor, which is very distracting and gets annoying after some time while working. I can't escape the music anywhere unless I go outside as they play the music even in restrooms and other areas. This is supposed to be a workspace and not a restaurant/bar where they play music all the time.
The private workspaces are pretty quiet and good through.
Great place with wonderful ambience! In prime locations of OMR . Staffs are helpful .
