They have not come down on pricing there are better business Center in better prices. Guys get updated with present market situation. Do not be so closed eyes you may be fully occupied now but soon you will empty your bus. Big brands before 10 years are no where now only because they did not update themselves with market happening.
Staffs were helpful but the rent was too costly for the place... Small and compact office space... But good interiors..
Good place to choose office space for any start up culture. Highly maintained and many features included I the package.
Only concern is rates are bit higher side. However it's ok for short term until everything settles down.
