This is simply a great place to stay. Very nice family run hotel, very French, great cooking, very nice organisch wine list and great service. We used to come here years ago with the whole family but we forgot how wonderful this little authentic gem is. We will be back soon!

Just WOW!!! I wish we had more time to stay here. All the staff here are lovely, the view from our room is amazing! They serve a local spirit called Suze (great with lemonade) and a local beer. (im not a beer drinker but the blonde one was actually really nice). And the best thing.....the food is to die for! They even put what we couldnt eat in the fridge so we could have it for lunch on the road tomorrow!
Very cosy family friendly and rule by the very hospital Marchant family. The hotel has nice rooms and is very strategically situated in Chatel which is in the known ski area of Porte du Soleil. This is one of the most known resorts of the French Alpes. Besides the hospitality, the rates are very attractive and the cook makes from every evening meal a delicious end of your daily ski experience.no joke worth to visit, the also have a seperate restaurant wit some local traditions as chees fondue
