I was one of the first renters in this new space more than 2 years ago. I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the security, and the privacy. I was able to make and book appointment space easily online from wherever I was . The management was receptive to my concerns/issues and worked really hard to address and solve them.
This is a wonderful place to rent an office. The views of the city are second to none, and the others who have offices there are always so nice and welcoming. The amenities they offer are awesome as well! 10/10 for sure
This Co-Work Space has a great feel to it and everything I need for a comfortable work environment. There is great lighting, lovely views of uptown, and a pleasant atmosphere. The other tenants are friendly. I have had an office there for almost a year and it is by far my favorite work environment yet.
Perfectly located, secure, flexible and friendly working environment that checked all of the boxes for my time in Charlotte. Didn't hurt to flex my business fingers underneath the latest UniFi mesh WiFi while enjoying a beautiful view of the Queen City. I'll be back.
I rented an office at BlanqCanvass for over a year. Pete and Clifford were wonderful to work with and my office view was second to none in the city. Parking is easy for myself and my clients and the ease to the freeways is unbeatable. I would definitely rent there again if I need the space again.
