Professional and amazing! Even in a pandemic this staff of elite apple employees are doing everything in there power to make sure the customer is taken care off. It's the flagship store for the Charleston area!
Because of the poor organisation of the process here, they have more staff than customers, and picking up a pre-paid phone requires a 25min wait.
Amazon, please buy Apple? They have great product design but god-awful logistics.
The good news is, most people get out of line before they get to the front, so it moves both slower and faster than you would expect. “Apple: slowing you down, every way we know how.”
Zac was as helpful as he could be but at some point Apple needs to open their doors. They had 20 people in there working and I only saw 4 customers the whole time I was there.
