Very fair assessment of the property.
Many agencies in Puglia don't respond quickly until you're there. We looked for many months on line before we arrived last April. The most responsive and informative was Oikos, so when we got to the area around Bari, our first stop was with Diego Moretto. He was informative, generous with his time, and a super nice person. In addition, he speaks perfect english. He was able to absorb what kind of place we might like and showed us a variety of homes that were wonderful and interesting. He knows everyone in his area, and is socially interactive with the expat community. In the end, we decided that our needs would be better suited nearer the friends we already knew farther south; but I wouldn't hesitate a minute to recommend Diego and his firm to anyone looking in the area he covers. We've since discovered mutual friends, and hope that we can continue our acquaintance with him, and his whole community. Andrew Jackness
