There are two key reasons why this is one of the best co-working space in Cebu and you should check them out. First, the prices are affordable and rent is flexible. Unlike other office spaces that require 12 months downpayment, here it's just one month. For start-ups, that's basically a heaven sent offer.
Second is the type of community that The Company Cebu creates. There are co-working spaces which make you feel that you are working in a posh internet cafe, but The Company is different. They make an effort to create a community among it's members that lead to collaborations or out of office friendships.
One of my favourite places to co-work. This is just within walking distance to Parkmall if I ever need to go out to eat, but there are also plenty of restaurants and fast food places in Northdrive. They have super fast internet too, and a great view. It's really a good place to just be productive. They also have a conference room for rent for meetings at an affordable rate, and they allow outside food in and offer water to everyone co working. I also love the interior of the place, its the right amount of homey and organized.
