Highly recommended co-working space in the city! I've been to other spaces and they are so far the most qualified to what you pay for. At HM IT Park branch, they have conducive ambiance for focusing, very spacious and good acoustics. They have call booths with internet connection which is good so that other people will not be disturbed with loud voices when calling. They also provide an extension wire since some of their tables do not have a socket. Plus, they have unlimited free brewed coffee, and hot n cold water dispenser. :)

Very nice service their lounge is so pleasing classy layout and interior designs very excellent acoustics to rent an office space. This is all you've been looking for!

This is a nice coworking space about 12 minute walk to Ayala Mall. I spent a couple of days here while visiting Cebu. It was not crowded. I had plenty of space to work with nobody sharing ny table. The cost of the day pass was 500 PHP. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and midern. The internet speed was very good and reliable.
The only negatives are
(a) they didn't have unlimited freshly-brewed coffee. They had run out. Instead, i was offered instant coffee. The reason this is noteworthy is because there are no local coffee shops or places to eat nearby. One must walk to Ayala Mall down a very traffic congested road that is very rough in spots.
(b) the 500 PHP daily rate makes going here a bad value for the money given the distance from Ayala Mall and lack of surrounding food options. There are coworking spaces closer to Ayala that charge only 350 PHP or less. However, this space is more modern and comfortable.
If they lowered the daily rate to 400 PHP or less, i would consider this a far superior option and recommend this ovet its competition despite the distance to Ayala.
The place is very nice, there were few people during the epidemic.
The cost is also very reasonable, it can be billed by hour, day, week, and month. There is also free unlimited coffee.
Hours: 50P for the first hour, and 25P/hour for subsequent hours.
