A recently opened (Oct 2019) co-working and study place, WorkHub by Cafe Belle is a great place to work for digital nomads, online freelancers and business owners.
At 35pesos/hour, you get a complimentary drink (either brewed coffee or iced tea) and fast internet (they have 5G!). I did a speed test and it was 120mbps!
You also have the option to pay a day rate at 250 pesos (for 12 hours). So if you're planning on staying for more than 7 hours, then get the Day Pass. The only downside is they don't serve unlimited drinks (free refills) for the Day Pass.
Food is available through Cafe Belle. You just order from them and they'll serve it to you. I ordered the Cheesy Ramen for 85pesos and it was good.
They have big tables and even the ones facing the walls are still quite spacious. Lots of sockets too! Perfect place to get work done.
There are two key reasons why this is one of the best co-working space in Cebu and you should check them out. First, the prices are affordable and rent is flexible. Unlike other office spaces that require 12 months downpayment, here it's just one month. For start-ups, that's basically a heaven sent offer.
Second is the type of community that The Company Cebu creates. There are co-working spaces which make you feel that you are working in a posh internet cafe, but The Company is different. They make an effort to create a community among it's members that lead to collaborations or out of office friendships.

Highly recommended co-working space in the city! I've been to other spaces and they are so far the most qualified to what you pay for. At HM IT Park branch, they have conducive ambiance for focusing, very spacious and good acoustics. They have call booths with internet connection which is good so that other people will not be disturbed with loud voices when calling. They also provide an extension wire since some of their tables do not have a socket. Plus, they have unlimited free brewed coffee, and hot n cold water dispenser. :)
The place is very nice, there were few people during the epidemic.
The cost is also very reasonable, it can be billed by hour, day, week, and month. There is also free unlimited coffee.
Hours: 50P for the first hour, and 25P/hour for subsequent hours.
