Awesome place to hang out, love the post industrial architecture and client base. They offer a great Italian breakfast with tons of cereal to choose from. On the downside: the beer selection is composed only by 3 beers :(
Excellent burger for really fair prices. Also perfect for just a coffee.
By far the only cafe that is suitable for work in the whole area! Modern interior with many table seats, table lamps, good WiFi. The crowd is mostly adult students from nearby schools. The stuff is fast and polite: hostess Julia is the nicest attendant I've ever met. The food is Western, with options like "Make your own salad", avocado toast and burgers. Prices are average.
It can get a little too hot inside and there's not enough natural light in the farther sections of the place, but overall a highly recommend place.
Great place to study, work, write, draw, shoot (pics), meet, date, play guitar.

This place is ugly, we came here just because it was the only one open pub serving drinks in the zone. It was overcrowded and smelled of cigarettes (and other "stuff") smoke. It's a pity, because it is well decorated at least. I will never come here again, for sure.
