We were greeted by the kind and professional owners who satisfied all our requests. We were assigned an apartment with brand new and fully functional furniture. A nice terrace where to eat and washing machine and air conditioning included in the already excellent price. It is not the first time that we come to Isola Rossa but "the first" real estate is the best for vacation rentals. Thanks to you. We highly recommend
Tereza and Michele are the owners of this agency that manages over 100 apartments in the Isola Rossa area, as well as being a beautiful couple, they are two truly polite and professional people, always available to the client. Emanuela and Annalisa employees of the agency are just as good and nice. 5 stars deserved. Congratulations
we booked an apartment at this 'agency' in April for a holiday a few months later. we exchanged several emails and photos just to choose the house that we liked best. a few days after our arrival we asked for further confirmation and we were told that everything was fine and confirmed. at our arrival at the agency first they immediately wanted the rest of the payment and we were not given the key to the house but it was lost time before telling us that they were cleaning it and then after two hours we were told that it was already occupied. they showed us other solutions but none mirrored the one we had chosen. then reached an obligatory choice having to please we waited another hour and a half further for the alleged cleaning of the house. entered into the cleaning left a lot to be desired (not within the details). flat without a hairdryer, without even a paper roll, shower curtain full of mold, scanty and dirty kitchenware, stained sofa, uncomfortable mattress and pillows to die for. they are episodes that never happen in serious agencies! sconsigliatissimo.
Great staff and really nice and functional houses and well located in Isola Rossa! It is the second year that we take advantage of their homes and we can definitely recommend them !!
Apartment Blue Sea Standard supplied by the Real Estate La Prima is totally to be restored starting from the fixtures, floors and bathroom, to continue with the furniture of little dilapidated and precarious, in many cases broken or malfunctioning. Beds quality unacceptable for the price spent, they should have paid us to sleep in it, inadequate wardrobe for family stays.
Experience not to be repeated. Have the real photos of the apartment you are assigned sent to you and have it put in writing. Too bad because Isola Rossa is a beautiful place and equipped with all the services.
