Good hotel. They have a restaurant a dry cleaners. Everything you need. The thing the hotel needs to fix is the hot water situation. It's 2021 every major hotel should have hot water. Also they serve the same thing every day for breakfast. It's a free breakfast so I can't complain much but we stayed here for 2 months. It was hard eating the same thing every day. They should change it up. This a great hotel for short term stay
Nice hotel to stay, clean, AC works properly, not bad view from top floors and very central. Perfect for stay in Cartagena.
Very good for the price. Very friendly, clean, nice views, and solid breakfast. Good for visitors who want a straightforward stay to enjoy the city. The wifi was a little slow and unstable which is why I didn't give 5 stars.
An adequate price/quality ratio, a good breakfast and nice service. The room is basic but clean. There is no hot water but all water is warm here anyway. The only disadvantage is that you can't take a contrast shower. The receptionist was very welcoming and spoke good English. The check-in went swiftly. An English-speaking porter took our case up to the room and explained everything about the key and other things quite clearly. The beds were a bit harder than expected but proved very comfortable.
We are really enjoying our stay in the place so far. We are here for five more days. Wanna see as much as we can in and around Cartagena, Colombia.
Decent central location in the walled city. Busy place. Breakfast okay since it’s free. Staff is great and go above and beyond to help. They have bike rental. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Rooms on top floor smell the best. Would stay again for inexpensive spot to stay
