Great place for an office space. Reasonable prices and good service. If you don't feel like buying furniture and all the other office things then these are the guys to talk to. They give you an already furnished office at a very affordable price. It's good for all business sizes.
Really cool collaborative space. Right in the center of Cape Town. Chilled but efficient with a good internet, convenient and secure access with finger print scanner.
One of the cool added value is the really nice coffee/bakery on the ground floor!

I love it to be there, atmosphere is relaxing and alot of people are willing to help you with everything. As a Deaf human, I haven't experienced any uncomfortable feeling in communication there yet. So if you are looking for a place to feel at home and safe, then Spin House is fit for you.
