Very disappointing service. We experienced poor call management and poor call quality consistently for the time we used Spaces in Cape town. Thankfully we have found a better service. Unfortunately they continued to charge us after our services were cancelled over 3 months ago. I highly recommend YOU DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
Just received a cartridge and it was not as per my initial request or order. My representative promised me both while I only received one cartridge. Still waiting for the sales manager to get back to me. When I called I spoke to the receptionist I think whom did not give a reference or name for me to follow up on. I would like to cancel as I am within my 5or 7 day period. Please advise as to process.
Use their service for less than a year, could not terminate quick enough. Did not put calls through, number rang out. Never again.
