Cindy is probably the most pleasant and helpful person I have met at any retail store. I seek her out on purpose when ever I go to this location, you can tell she genuinely cares and never disappoints.
Very unethical business practices by Office Depot hope to never shop here again. Came in this morning looking for ink for my printer after checking store website for price and availability. The online in store price was $17.99 the actual price in store was $25.99 when asked store operations manager about the difference and. Store associate. They both stated that they will honor the online price from there own website Office Depot.com but there in store price is normally higher. I am quite taken back and confused from this shouldn’t the in store price automatically be adjusted when the company’s website is having sales. What happens to the regular customer who just comes in looking for a product without doing research? Are they just supposed to pay the higher price. Very unethical in my opinion I will never return to an Office Depot store again. And I advise everyone do not shop there especially there location on College Parkway in Fort Myers without checking online first. Buyer beware and shame on you operations manager at this location and Office Depot this is not a good way of doing business!
Great customer service, didn’t hesitate to approach and asked if we needed help. And directed us in the right way. Very clean and organized. They have all kinds of different stuff ya wouldn’t expect Office Depot to have. They even have travel size body wash. And lots of colorful pens!
This should be a "0". I bought a Lenovo Computer in July and was sold a $189.99 warranty and was told if anything went bad just bring it in and they (Office Depot) would take care of everything. NOT SO The key board, number pad mouse on key board and camera all stopped working. After trying to do the self fix they have on the computer everything quit. I toke it to Office Depot only to be told there was nothing they could do to call the warranty company, I did. They said everything should be taken care of in 24 hours. Not so I called them back only to be transferred to Lenovo who told me to take it to Office Depot to be repaired. So, back to square 1. I take it in to Office Depot and was told they don't do repairs(lie #2) to call the warranty company. The warranty company is taken care of it after 2 hours on the phone and NO HELP from Office Depot or Lenovo.
Lots of help from Mara in ordering a printer at store. All staff accommodating and sweet.
