These are the most sincere, sweetest thoughtful people o could have encountered!! Went in for a surgery and was blessed by EVERY person that I came in contact with from the time I walked in the door to the sweet nurse that wheeled me out. The best group if people!!!
I just had foot surgery at this facility on 4/15/19 and the experience was seamless from beginning to end. Check in was a breeze; the prep work by Nurse Mary was very professional, precise, explained everything and was calming and reassuring. The entire nursing/anesthesia staff were all very caring and professional. Dr. Walimire did an excellent job and explained procedures and post-op instructions. The post-op staff were also very caring and professional. Just a wonderful group of people! Thank you all!!
Dr. Michael's office makes an appointment first thing Monday morning for my 86 yr old mom and FORGETS to inform us he won't be in the office!!!!!! She's in pain 24 -7 mornings her worst and it was just for med. refill and they think "sorry" fixes everything!!! Will be finding new Doc. where they acually care about their patients!!
I know quality nursing care when I see it, and it is abundant in the post surgical suite at the Cape Coral Surgery Center. Dr. Monseratte did a great job performing wrist surgery on my wife on 3/6/15, and the post-surgical nurses were outstanding in assisting her in coming out of anesthesia. The anesthesiologist also stayed right with her until full recovery was achieved. This is a facility you can have confidence in.
